One Day THE OTHER ISTANBUL TOUR - Private Long Day Wallking Tour

Welcome to Turkey Travel Center! We are delighted to present our exclusive day trip program, “The Other Istanbul ,” designed specifically for you. In this tour, we will veer away from the traditional tourist spots and explore the lesser-known side of Istanbul. We offer a unique experience that allows you to immerse yourself in Turkey’s rich culture, meet the locals, and experience their way of life.

We will begin our tour on the European side, starting with our first destination, Balat. Known for its narrow streets, colorful houses, and historical ambiance, this neighborhood will unveil Istanbul’s hidden treasures. Next, we will admire the breathtaking view from Galata Tower before making our way to Beyoglu. As we stroll along Istiklal Street, you will feel the vibrant atmosphere of Istanbul and have the opportunity to mingle with the locals in Cihangir’s streets.

We will rendezvous with the locals for a delightful lunch, where you can savor the flavors of Istanbul’s cuisine. To truly immerse yourself in the role of an Istanbulite, try the traditional Turkish coffee in local cafes and explore the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood by visiting the local street markets.

Continuing our adventure from the European side, we will venture to the Asian side by local ferry boat. Exploring neighborhoods like Uskudar and Kadikoy, you will gain insights into the historical and cultural depths of Istanbul. At Uskudar we stop for the wiev of Bosphorus and Maiden’s tower. Maiden’s tower is one of the most iconic images of Istanbul. After the stop, go to Kadikoy, and take a pleasant stroll along Bagdat Street, famous for its shopping opportunities, and indulge in some retail therapy at various stores.

To conclude our tour, we will embark on a beautiful ferry ride back to the European side.

For dinner, we have carefully selected a local restaurant where you can relish authentic Turkish dishes. Enjoy an evening filled with lively music and traditional dance performances, immersing yourself even further in Turkish culture and creating unforgettable memories.
