We offer various payment options such as cash and bank transfers. To secure your place on the tour, please complete and submit the Booking Form along with a deposit and a photocopy of the front page of your passport.
Turkey Travel Center kindly requests you to carefully review these Terms & Conditions prior to making a reservation. By making a booking with us and submitting a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please note that Turkey Travel Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments made will automatically take effect upon being posted on this website. Therefore, we recommend checking the website regularly for any updates. In the event of any changes to a booked tour, Turkey Travel Center will promptly notify you if a deposit has already been paid. By submitting a deposit, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. A non-refundable deposit of %30 USA per person, per tour, must be paid within 7 days of booking to secure your place on the tour.
1 – Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3- Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the tour commencement date. The final balance must be received by Turkey Travel Center no later than 60 days prior to the confirmed tour departure date. Failure to pay the full amount 45 days before your tour may result in the cancellation of your booking at our discretion. In such cases, additional costs may be incurred. Please note that the Cancellation Policy will also be applicable.
3 – Cancellation:
1- All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and email confirmation is acceptable.
2 – Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to the tour are subject to a refund fee of 25%.
3 – Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the tour are subject to a refund fee of 50%.
4 – Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to the tour are subject to a refund fee of 75%. Please note that the refund fees stated above will be applied.
4 – Cancellation while on the tour: In the event that the tour needs to be canceled while you are already on the tour, reimbursement options may be available. Please note that these reimbursements would need to be processed through your Travel Insurance provider. We recommend having comprehensive Travel Insurance coverage to protect yourself in such situations
1 – Turkey Travel Center acts solely as an agent for all tours. While we make every effort to select service providers of excellent quality, it is important to note that these services are not directly provided by us. Airlines, hotels, transportation companies, travel agents, and other service providers, who are beyond our control, are responsible for delivering these services. Any coupons, vouchers, receipts, and tickets issued by these service providers are subject to their own terms and conditions of liability, which may contain limitations or exclusions regarding liability for death, personal injury, delay, loss, or damage to baggage. Additionally, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the services are rendered.
2 – Turkey Travel center shall not be held liable for any actions or oversights of any service provider, including but not limited to, failure to deliver or incomplete provision of services, overbooking or downgrade of services, tour cancellations, changes in schedules, rerouting, delays, theft, damage or loss of baggage, property damage, accidents, death, illness or personal injuries, regardless of the cause, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur in connection with the service providers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives, whether or not the tours, services, or transportation are arranged through Turkey Travel Center.
3 – Turkey Travel Center shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, war or the threat/acts of war, government actions, acts of terrorism, fire, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, quarantines, floods, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, incidents at sea, accidents, mechanical failures, or delays in transportation services. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, cancellations, disruptions, or inconveniences caused by such events that may affect the services requested.
4 – Adventure travel inherently involves certain risks, and there may be situations where access to medical attention is limited and evacuations from remote locations in case of a medical emergency are challenging. Passengers are responsible for assuming all such risks associated with these possibilities. Turkey Travel Center cannot be held liable for any negligent or intentional actions or omissions of any individual or entity, including third parties.
1- You are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of your passport. All international passengers must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the tour’s return date, as well as at least two blank pages for immigration and visa stamps. Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the countries visited during the tour. We will provide visa advice prior to each tour, but it is your responsibility to comply with passport and visa requirements. We cannot be held liable for any loss or expense incurred due to a passenger’s failure to possess a valid passport or visa.
2 – We will offer guidance on visa procedures (if applicable) and assist with the application process if needed. To comply with security protocols, it is crucial that your name provided for international travel and hotel reservations matches the name on your passport exactly. Failure to provide accurate information may result in travel restrictions, and additional costs may be incurred for reissuing airline tickets or other documentation. Please note that Turkey Travel Center cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, losses, or missed portions of tours resulting from inadequate or insufficient travel documentation.
To ensure a smooth travel experience, all passengers are kindly requested to provide Turkey Travel Center with their international flight schedules no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure. While it is not mandatory, tour participants have the option to purchase airline flights through Turkey Travel Center If you require assistance with your international flights, please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
We will make every possible effort to follow the published touring itinerary. However, there may be instances where circumstances beyond our control require changes, amendments, or modifications to the itinerary and its inclusions. Turkey Travel Center cannot be held liable for any omissions or modifications to the itinerary or its inclusions resulting from these changes. Additionally, Turkey travel Center reserves the right to alter the daily itinerary during the tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note that these decisions are final and cannot be disputed during or after the tour. We greatly value cooperation and flexibility whenever possible during our tours.
The inclusions of our tours encompass the following:
1 – Accommodation as specified in the itinerary or similar standards.
2 – Meals as indicated in the itinerary.
3 – Arrival and departure transfers within 48 hours of the first day of the tour and 24 hours after the last day of the tour.
4 – Fully-guided sightseeing activities, including entrance fees to attractions and shows mentioned in the itinerary.
5 – Complimentary bottled water provided during transit in vehicles.
6 – Services of an English-speaking local tour guide throughout the tour.
7 – Occasional specialized guide services, as mentioned in the itinerary.
The tour price excludes the following items:
1 – international air or train fares, hotel accommodation before the first day or after the last day of the tour, costs related to passports and visa fees, arrival and departure taxes, tariffs, levies, and other charges (including city taxes).
2 – Personal travel insurance, medical expenses, vaccinations, and any other insurance charges are not included.
3 – Upgrades for domestic airline travel within the country of the tour, room upgrades not specified in the itinerary, meals not mentioned in the itinerary (including special menu selections), and all beverages except for ‘welcome cocktails’ are also not included.
4- Additional costs such as excess baggage fees, luggage delivery to/from the tour, shipping services (such as FedEx), and general postage are not covered. Local tour guides during free time are not provided.
5 – Optional activities that require payment, whether included or not in the itinerary, are the guest’s responsibility. It is the guest’s responsibility to settle any charges incurred directly with the hotel (as all hotels require a passport and credit card validation upon check-in) for additional services such as room service, mini-bar, laundry, and communication charges (telephone, fax, email) or any other personal expenses.
Hotel porterage for one suitcase per person is provided as part of your group touring program at each stay. Please note that this service is not included on the first or last days of your tour when you arrive or depart the hotel independently.
Typically, our tours utilize comfortable medium or mini-coaches, which are selected based on the number of participants and the destination. These vehicles are equipped with seatbelts, and all seats face forward for your safety and comfort. Your luggage will be securely stored in either a rear or under compartment Additionally, all our vehicles are air-conditioned or equipped with forced air vents to ensure a pleasant journey. Some coaches may also feature PA systems for tour announcements and information. In certain countries, local transportation may be incorporated into the itinerary to enhance your travel experience.
We typically provide high-end and unique boutique hotels located either in the city center or in close proximity to it. It is important to consider that our operations extend to developing countries, which may require special accommodations. In the rare event that a hotel change becomes necessary, we assure you that the alternative property will be of equal or superior quality, and no additional charges will apply. While we always strive to fulfill requests for non-smoking rooms, please note that they cannot be guaranteed in all instances.
Please note requests for special dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed at all hotels and restaurants. Please call our office for further clarification. Discussion with our local guide to assist whilst on Tour is essential.
All quoted prices are per person and are land based only, including Twin/double occupancy (two guests sharing a hotel room)
Single Supplements prices are not included. Single rooms in some of our Hotels are sometimes smaller than twin rooms. The Single Supplements represent a fee passed on to us by the Hotels.
All Turkey Travel Center guests are required to familiarise themselves with any health requirements specific to the countries being visited. We suggest that if you have any concerns please visit your doctor regarding requirements for international travel and day-to-day requirements of the tour. Should any ailments either exist at the time of booking, or arise before their departure from their country, please call our office for further clarification.
1 – Numerous tours encompass visits to various cities and towns, some of which may feature steep, uneven cobblestone streets and stairs. Additionally, certain activity locations may not have vehicle drop-off points conveniently close by, potentially requiring a longer walk. We kindly advise individuals with walking difficulties or limitations to take this into consideration before making a booking. If unsure about suitability, we encourage you to contact our office for further clarification.
2 – Fitness Requirements and Conduct: To fully enjoy the program, a minimum to reasonable level of fitness is necessary, as there may be a significant amount of walking involved on occasion. Participants should be capable of engaging without any assistance, although extenuating circumstances may be taken into account. If any participant has a medical, physical, or other condition, including disabilities, that could pose a risk to themselves or other members of the tour, we request that you provide notice in the “Comments” section of the ‘Book Now’ form at the time of booking. Turkey Travel Center reserves the right to decline an application or remove a passenger from a tour, at the participant’s expense, if their conduct is deemed incompatible with the group or if their health condition or mobility may jeopardize the safety, health, or full participation of themselves or other tour passengers.
3 – Please note that passengers without travel insurance will not be accepted on any tour. Furthermore, in the event that a tour participant requires or requests medical attention during their travels, such care will be provided by locally available healthcare officials and facilities. Turkey Travel Center assumes no liability for any direct or indirect costs, losses, or expenses incurred by a passenger for healthcare service costs, nor for the quality of medical care or services rendered.
4 – If you have any questions or require clarification about a specific program, please request details at the time of booking. Tour participants are advised to familiarize themselves with any specific health requirements for the countries being visited. It is highly recommended that you consult with a medical practitioner and/or local health authority or Consulate to obtain the latest health requirements (such as precautions, vaccinations, etc.) applicable for travel to the destination.
Turkey Travel Center acts solely as a booking agent, facilitating reservations with the companies or associates that provide the services described in this brochure. While we operate in good faith, Turkey Travel Center does not assume any responsibility for defaults that result in loss or injury to individuals or property, whether due to negligence or other factors on the part of the operator, accommodation managers/owners, or their employees. We have taken every precaution to ensure the quality of accommodations and the accuracy of this brochure, but we cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction that passengers may experience with the accommodations or tours, or for any injury, damage, or loss caused by changes or withdrawals of prices, details, or other items or services. Furthermore, Turkey Travel Center cannot be held accountable for any decline in the quality of goods or services provided or for any changes in itineraries made by third parties beyond our control.
During the tour, there may be opportunities for you to join the Tour Director or tour guide for activities during your free time that are not included in the official tour program. These activities might include taking taxis or using public transportation to visit shopping areas, have dinner, or explore other destinations that are decided on the spot. Please be aware that Turkey Travel Center’s Tour Director or guides cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, property damage, or loss that may occur during these activities. By submitting the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to participate in these activities at your own risk.
In the event that you have any complaints regarding your tour, whether before, during, or after the tour, it is important to bring them to the attention of the Turkey Travel Center Tour host as soon as possible. The host will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly. If, upon the conclusion of the tour, you believe that your complaint has not been adequately addressed, it is necessary to notify Turkey Travel Center in writing within 30 days following the end of your tour.
a – In the rare occurrence of a complaint, it is the client’s responsibility to promptly inform Turkey Travel Center and the local supplier about any issues. For this purpose, Turkey Travel Center provides a 24-hour emergency paging system.
b -Turkey Travel Center will only entertain claims if they have been made in accordance with the procedure outlined in sub-paragraph
a – above and received within 30 days from the conclusion of the services provided by Turkey Travel Center. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the client forfeiting any right to make a claim against Turkey Travel Center.
By making the deposit payment, you are considered to have given your consent to and accepted these terms and conditions as presented herein.

All coupons, vouchers, receipts, and tickets issued by these service providers are subject to the terms and conditions of liability outlined in their respective documents. These terms may include limitations or exclusions of liability for incidents such as death, personal injury, delay, loss, or damage to baggage. Additionally, these terms are governed by the laws of the country where the services are provided.
2 – Turkey Travel Center disclaims any liability for the acts or omissions of any supplier, including but not limited to instances where there is a failure to provide services, partial or inadequate delivery of services, overbooking or downgrading of services, tour cancellations, schedule changes, re-routings, delays, theft, damage to or loss of baggage, property damage, accidents, death, sickness, or injuries to individuals, regardless of the cause, or any other unforeseen events arising in connection with these service providers. This includes their employees, agents, servants, or representatives. Please note that this disclaimer applies regardless of whether the tours sold, services tendered, or transportation provided are arranged through Turkey Travel Center.

Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of war or the threat/acts of war, government actions, acts of terrorism, fires, strikes, civil unrest, insurrections, quarantines, floods, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, incidents at sea, accidents, mechanical failures of equipment, mechanical or other failures of aircraft or other modes of transportation, or any transportation delays or disruptions that may incur additional costs or interfere with the requested services.
4 – Adventure travel inherently involves certain risks, and there may be instances where access to medical attention is limited, and evacuation from remote locations in case of a medical emergency can be challenging. Passengers acknowledge and accept all such risks associated with these possibilities.
5 – Turkey Travel Center cannot be held responsible for any negligent or intentional actions of any individual or entity, including third parties.
In the event that a tour or cruise is unable to proceed due to circumstances such as floods, earthquakes, war or civil unrest, acts of terrorism, hurricanes, cyclones, industrial disturbances, strikes, fires, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, failures or delays of scheduled transportation facilities, or other unforeseeable events beyond the control of Turkey Travel Center, including government laws, orders, decrees, rules, or regulations, this agreement shall be terminated, and neither party shall have a claim for damages against the other.
